Application privacy
This privacy policy applies to the Pure Purchase Tracker app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Things Hosted Inc. (collectively, the “Application”). Things Hosted Inc. is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting camille22girard@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Pure Purchase Tracker does not retain personal information through normal app use. Any purchase records or preferences stored locally on your device remain there until you remove them through available app controls, clear the Application’s local data, or uninstall the Application. Information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside normal app use is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the purpose for which it was provided, satisfy applicable legal obligations, or resolve legitimate support matters.
Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored app data by using the relevant in-app controls where available, clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If you voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider and want it deleted, contact camille22girard@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements and any information that must be retained by law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If you voluntarily provide personal information through other means and are under 13 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data breach notification
If a breach occurs involving data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an effective date and, where required by law, consent will be sought before those changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested at camille22girard@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
